Cancellation:Part cancellations of a booking will not be accepted. The landlord may cancel up to 3 months prior to the letting, in which case the tenant will receive a full refund. Should the tenant cancel up to 3 months before the letting, the tenant will be entitled to a full refund of all deposits paid, excluding the booking fee. A tenant cancelling a booking within 3 months of the date booked will only be entitled to a refund, less a 10% cancellation fee and the booking fee, providing the accommodation is re-let for the whole term of the cancelled booking at the full rental amount. Security Deposits: No security deposit is payable up front and we don't charge for the occasional broken glass however you are responsible to cover costs for, but not limited to, extra guests, excess cleaning and rubbish removal and/or property damage and loss. Steps to the pathway that leads to beach, steps to the RSL and less than 10mins to the cronulla open mall. 10 mins to the train. Convenient and comfortable. We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this Cronulla gem of an apartment.

This 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious and beautifully presented. The kitchen was modern and well equipped with oven, cook top, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge. The modern bathroom included a washing machine. But it was the outlook that was the winner. The balcony provided views over South Cronulla beach and the ocean to the north. Going to bed listening to the waves was great! The car garage made parking easy and it was a short walk to the train station and restaurants.
